You must join and register your devices MAC addresses in our support forum.  If you do not join the support forum and register your devices, the PREMIUM HELIX LAUNCHER will NOT be activated on your device.  The order confirmation that is emailed to you when you order will explain how to do this.

You should receive your login credentials via email within 5 minutes of subscribing.  Be sure and check your SPAM folder.  If you do not, please contact us through the Contact Form on our website and let us know. 

When ordering a product with a “TRIAL” period, the merchant will ping (authorize) your credit card to make sure the card is legitimate and you have the funds available.  After the “TRIAL” period you will likely see two charges. One will go through and post to your account.  The other will be in “PENDING” status on your credit card and will typically fall off/disappear in 5-7 business days at most.

  1. * Customer must cancel their auto-renewal subscription in their member account prior to their first billing date of the free trial period or prior to their next renewal date if they don’t want their monthly subscription to continue.  If customer cancels after the initial billing date their account will be active for 1 month according to the monthly agreement and billing cycle.

    There are no refunds if customer forgets to cancel their auto-renewal subscription before their free trial period ends and the payment processes through our website. 

  2. **  Customer must send a picture or video of the destroyed remote or power supply to Helix as proof that a replacement is warranted.  Helix will replace up to 2 per year at no cost.

  3. *** To qualify for a micro computer replacement, the customer must have purchased the micro computer from Helix or a Helix Authorized Distributor.   In the first year, customers who purchase their devices directly from Helix or a Helix Authorized Distributor are eligible for the micro computer replacement immediately when purchasing the Gold or Platinum Support Plans.

    If the customer owns an older micro computer (regardless of brand) that was purchased in the past and is capable of running the Helix Launcher, but did not purchase directly from Helix or an Authorized Dealer, the customer will qualify for a 40% discount to purchase a new micro computer from Helix directly if your current micro computers internal hardware components fail.  In order for indirect customers to exercise their micro computer replacement they must be enrolled in the Helix Gold or Platinum Support Plan for at least 2 months to qualify for the discount on a new micro computer replacement.

    Micro computers will be replaced at Helix’s discretion with a comparable micro computer that Helix has in stock.  The micro computer may also be a refurbished unit. 

    Customers will be responsible for shipping the micro computer that failed to Helix for testing before Helix will ship a replacement back to the customer at no cost to the customer who is subscribed to the Gold or Platinum Extended Service Plan.
